thank you for your enquiry.
It would be best if you can come to one of the talks in london first to hear about the theory and practice and ask your questions to christopher drake himself. These are free of charge and very informative. From there you can sign up for a workshop if you wish.
The workshops are run over a period of 5 days for two hours a day and between these sessions you begin your daily practice and we continue to work with you for a further 3 weeks by phone and email to enable you to gain the skills and the results that you are looking for . After this we ask you to stay in touch with us as you continue on with your practice until your breathing has stabilised. The cost for this training is £375.
