Individual training
If you can’t come to a workshop, you can still learn the Buteyko method on a one-to-one basis. Chris and Martha train students over the phone or via the free internet calls service Skype. All you need is Skype on your computer - which is free and easy to use.
Learning Buteyko through private tution gets you:

If you’re UK based and you’re working with Martha, you can work over the phone. If you’re UK based and are learning with Chris in Thailand, you can both save on call charges by using Skype – the internet telephone service.
Calling overseas for free using Skype
See the Skype website for more on this. You just download the free software onto your computer. And then to turn your computer into a phone or a video phone you may need some gadgetry.
A webcam is good if you want to see your teacher during lessons. For making voice calls, your computer may already have a built-in microphone and speakers. Or you can buy the accessories online from Skype or from your local computer shop.
Training Programs and Costs for Chronic Disease Treatment

Training costs attempt to reflect time and skill required to deliver effective treatment. Apart from workshops which are regularly conducted in the UK, US, Europe and Asia – training is conducted via telephone/Skype.
In-house training can be arranged but will incur additional costs of travel. The fees listed below can be adjusted according to variable requirements and payment plans can usually be arranged.
