I now have a UK website launched last week at www.learnbuteyko.co.uk. Talks and workshops organised so far for next year are in the events section on the front page. Also a new leaflet is about to go to print one side with emphasis on the benefits for children and one side about Learnbuteyko in the UK.

This July I ran the first workshop with Christopher live on broadband and since then we have run more beginners and advanced workshops online in Brighton and Lewes. I facilitate the workshops and Christopher oversees the practice and answers questions from his home in Thailand. It is exciting to see how effective Christopher’s skills in training people is just as acute through the medium of broadband as it is when he is with us in person. Broadband workshops is proving to be the practical way forward for Learnbuteyko to bring the benefits of Christopher’s knowledge of the Buteyko Method to many more people over greater distances.

In Sept/October/Nov 2009 I gave two talks in London and a talk in Birmingham the interest in the Buteyko Method was very evident and on the strength of this we will endeavour to set up workshops in these cities in 2010.

I am planning to visit Dublin and Donegal in February with a view to returning later on in the year to run workshops. In March and April a long awaited journey to Australia is due and I hope on this visit down under to go to New Zealand. The beauty of skype enables me to keep in contact with students and continue with planning the schedule of talks and workshops in the UK after my return.
